7-Day Return Window
You may return unused items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Product seals must be unbroken
- No signs of installation, activation, or use
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at admin@jgits.co.za within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or activated devices
- Items with broken seals or packaging
- Products showing signs of use
- Items returned after the 7-day window
