12-Month Manufacturer Warranty

All brand-new iPhones and laptops sold by JG IT Solutions include a full 12-month manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunctions under normal use
• Component failures

What's Covered

The manufacturer warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage from drops, spills, or accidents
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Software issues (covered separately by manufacturer software support)
• Damage from misuse or abuse

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience issues with your product during the warranty period:

1. Contact us at admin@jgits.co.za with your order number and description of the issue
2. We'll guide you through the warranty claim process
3. Approved claims will be processed through the manufacturer's warranty service

Proof of Purchase

Please retain your order confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase. This is required for all warranty claims.
